Fra'Mani Salame Rosa II: Cabbage & Pepper Slaw

Servings 1
  • 2  ounces Fra'Mani Salame Rosa
  • 1.5 T Dijon mustard sauce
  • 2.5 oz spiced cabbage & pepper slaw
  • Ciabatta bread, sliced in half

Mustard Sauce

  • 1/4 part Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 part mayonnaise

Spiced Cabbage and Pepper Slaw

  • 2 oz very thinly sliced heart of celery
  • 3 oz finely julienned carrot
  • 2.75 oz finely julienned yellow pwpper
  • 4 oz shredded green cabbage
  • 2.75 oz red onion, very thinly sliced
  • 3 g whole caraway seed
  1. Spread mayonnaise evenly over sliced ciabatta.
  2. Laer slaw on either half of the bread.
  3. Loosely pile Salame Rosa on half of the bread.  Join the two halves.
