This pasta, originally from Genoa, has the shape of flattened spaghetti. It is the right pasta to eat where the sea and the sun give sense to everyone's day. Because of the shape and the perfect way in which the pasta is drawn, it is ideally accompanied by fresh pesto, the typical basil and garlic sauce of Liguria, as well as many other dressings based on vegetables and fish.
Suggestions for use
