From the smoker, the fish are instantly chilled and packaged for shipping to retailers across the country. Both cold and hot smoked fish are fully cooked and can be eaten direct from the package.

Product Description
Acme Sable (Alaskan Black Cod) is caught in northern Pacific waters off Alaska by long line fishermen and transported to our Smokehouse, where it is cured and hot smoked to perfection.
