Croccole (crock-oh-lee) are made in Puglia, Southern Italy, from fresh Italian bread dough with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and natural herbs and spices. Similar in style to Bello Rustico Crostini, these delicious crackers have an extra measure of fresh yeast added. The small flat breads rise into crisp, tender flat breads, perfectly browned in the oven.
