This delicious oak smoked raw milk cheddar is smoked by using a blend of oak hardwood in a traditional smoking kiln on the farm. Since its inception in 1987, Knockanore Cheddar has won awards including Gold Medals at the World Cheese Awards and the International Cheese Awards.
