Product Description
Bavarian Blue is a mild blue cheese from Germany, made from pasteurised cows' milk with additional cream. It has a pale, creamy interior with splotches of blue mould, rather than veins. As it contains a high proportion of butterfat it is very soft and spreadable, and this, along with its mildly sour taste, means that it works well when spread onto French bread or crackers, or enjoyed with fresh fruit.
