Abraham was founded in 1971 by brothers Rolf and Jurgen Abraham in Moisburg near Buxtehude Germany. Quality begins with the raw products. Abraham thus obtains its supplies exclusively from selected butchery companies in Germany, Holland, Belgium, Spain and Denmark. All suppliers are subject to strict controls and are audited by staff from Abraham's Quality Assurance department. Each incoming ham is additionally inspected with regard to freshness, fat content and cut.
Carefully preserved with a bit of salt, regional seasonings and cured for up to 12 months to create a rich color and mild flavor.
